Delete Your Account

You can leave at any time. AskXuan supports account deletion from inside the app and will delete or anonymize account-related personal data within a reasonable period.

Delete in the App

1. Open the AskXuan app and go to the Me tab.

2. Select Settings → Account & Data → Delete Account.

3. Read the deletion notice and confirm that you understand subscription, data, and recovery limits.

4. Complete identity verification and tap Confirm Delete Account.

5. After submission, your account will be disabled. We will confirm completion in the app or by email.

Cancel Subscriptions First

Deleting your AskXuan account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store subscriptions. If you have an auto-renewable subscription, cancel it first in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or visit Apple's subscription management page.

Refund requests are handled through Apple Support. AskXuan cannot directly cancel Apple subscriptions or decide refund outcomes.

Delete by Email

If you cannot sign in, email delete@askxuan.top with the subject “Delete Account” and include:

· The email address or Apple ID used for registration

· The nickname in your birth profile

· Other information that helps verify account ownership

We usually respond to reasonable requests within 15 days after verifying identity. We may ask for additional verification before processing the request.

Minor or Guardian Requests

If you are a parent or guardian of a minor and believe the minor used AskXuan or submitted personal information without appropriate consent, contact us at delete@askxuan.top.

We may ask you to verify the guardianship relationship and account ownership. After verification, we will delete or anonymize the relevant personal information as soon as reasonably possible under applicable law, unless law requires us to retain minimal records.

Data We Delete

Birth data, chart data, question history, AI chats, period reports, favorites, notes, device records, login credentials, and account preferences.

If you exported, screenshotted, shared, or sent content to third parties, we cannot control third-party copies.

Data We May Keep

We may retain minimal transaction records required for legal or accounting obligations, such as subscriptions and invoices, for the legally required period.

We may also retain anonymized, aggregated, or non-identifying information where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance.

Timing and Recovery

Account deletion may not be immediate. Unless law requires a shorter period, we usually complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days. Residual backup copies are removed during regular backup rotation.

Once deletion is complete, you cannot recover the account, birth data, chat history, reports, favorites, or notes. If you register again, you may need to re-enter information and restore or repurchase eligible subscription benefits.
