This Privacy Policy applies to the AskXuan website, iOS app, and related services operated by Exfinix Limited. By using AskXuan, you understand that we process information as described here.

If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using AskXuan or contact us using the details below.

You should be able to access this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, account deletion instructions, support, and subscription management from the AskXuan app under Me → Settings → Legal & Support.

You may also contact privacy@askxuan.top to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Account deletion requests can also be sent to delete@askxuan.top.

Account and contact information, such as nickname, email address, Apple ID-related identifier, login credentials, subscription status, and messages you send to support.

Birth and chart information, such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender, time zone, calendar conversion results, and generated BaZi, Zi Wei, Liuyao, Qimen, or other personal readings.

Content you provide, such as questions, chat messages, context, favorites, notes, feedback, and saved readings.

Device and usage data, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, access times, feature usage, crash logs, performance logs, IP address, and approximate network location.

Purchase-related information. App Store purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full card number or payment password, but may receive order status, subscription type, expiration date, refund status, and related information needed to provide the service.

Permission-related information. If you enable notifications, photos, location, or other system permissions, we use them only for the relevant feature. Birthplace can be entered manually; unless you expressly allow it, we do not continuously track your precise real-time location.

To provide core features: chart calculations, daily timing, Liuyao divination, Zi Wei and Qimen reports, follow-up questions, history, and account management.

To personalize the experience based on your birth information, question context, and preferences, including readings, reminders, theme summaries, and period reports.

To operate and improve AskXuan, debug issues, analyze crashes, improve loading speed and user experience, evaluate features, and prevent abuse, fraud, attacks, or violations of our Terms.

To provide support and service notices, including replies to inquiries, account deletion or data requests, subscription changes, and important policy updates.

To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.

AskXuan readings may be generated by AI models based on your birth data, question content, context, and traditional metaphysical rules. Outputs are for entertainment, learning, personal reference, and self-reflection only.

We do not use AskXuan's automated analysis to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. You may delete chats, edit your profile, or stop using personalized features.

When you use AI-related features, we may transmit only the information necessary to provide those features to third-party AI model providers, such as text you actively enter, session context, feature type, anonymous request identifiers, device language, and region settings.

Unless you actively include it in your input, we do not intentionally transmit your name, email address, phone number, payment information, account password, precise real-time location, Apple advertising identifier, or other device tracking identifiers to AI model providers.

We do not use your AskXuan conversation content to train our own AI models unless we separately disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by applicable law. Third-party AI providers' retention, training, and security commitments are governed by their own policies and contracts. We aim to select providers with enterprise-grade privacy and security commitments and transmit data only on a minimum-necessary basis.

AI model providers, cloud services, or security tools may be located outside your country or region. For cross-border processing, we use reasonable safeguards such as contracts, access controls, encrypted transmission, access auditing, and vendor review.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share necessary information with service providers that help us provide AskXuan, such as cloud hosting, databases, AI model providers, crash reporting, analytics, email, support, anti-fraud, and payment platforms. They may process information only as instructed and should protect it under confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose or transfer information if required by law, court order, regulatory inquiry, user safety, protection of AskXuan's rights, or a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, financing, or restructuring.

If you intentionally share reports, screenshots, links, or content to third-party platforms, that information is governed by the third party's own privacy policy.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods depend on account status, feature needs, legal obligations, security audits, disputes, and backup cycles.

You may delete individual chats, reports, or history inside the app. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your birth data, chats, reports, favorites, and login credentials within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

If you cannot sign in, email delete@askxuan.top to request account deletion. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

You may access, edit, or delete birth information, nickname, question history, and some preferences in your account. You may also turn off notifications, revoke device permissions, or stop using features that require those permissions.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to our processing of your personal information. After verifying your identity, we usually respond to reasonable requests within 15 days. If a request is complex, repetitive, or legally eligible for an extension, we will explain the reason.

To protect you and other users, we may decline requests that are clearly repetitive, technically disproportionate, harmful to others' lawful rights, involve trade secrets, or may otherwise be declined under applicable law.

AskXuan is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not register, submit birth information, or use AskXuan.

If you are 13 or older but under 18, use AskXuan only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. Paid, relationship-related, important-decision, or other sensitive features may require a higher age threshold or guardian consent.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Paid readings, relationship features, or other sensitive features may require a higher age threshold.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege access, logging, and backup management. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

Cloud services, AI model providers, analytics tools, and support tools used by AskXuan may process information outside your country or region. Where cross-border processing occurs, we aim to use reasonable safeguards such as contracts and access controls.

If a personal information security incident may affect your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law through in-app notice, email, website announcement, or another reasonable method, including the incident status, potential impact, measures we have taken, and protective steps you may take.

When you visit askxuan.top, the website may use necessary cookies, font services, hosting services, and basic analytics to display pages, maintain security, and improve performance.

AskXuan pages may include links to the App Store, social media, support, or other third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

We may update this policy as our product, law, or operations change. Material changes may be announced on the website, in the app, or by other reasonable means. The updated policy is effective from the date shown on this page.
